Ordered twice, once in November and once in January, and both orders are still unresolved due to poor packaging, or item lost, or slow to ship replacement items. A joke. Will never order again from them, shoddy operation."

I received the Glider/Recliner only. No ottoman.
I called. The lady who answered the phone asked for my order number. I gave it to her. She then said "So, you're calling about Glider and Ottoman Set? I said yes and that I only received the Glider but no ottoman.
She apologized and said she's have the ottoman shipped separately asap.
A day later, I got an e-mail saying I had only ordered the Glider.
I had initially verified that my order confirmation said Glider/Ottoman Set.
A week later, I was told it was my fault and that the best they could do is take the Glider back and charge me for shipping both ways.
When this was over, I had spent $42 for shipping two hours on phone calls and e-mails and got nothing in return other than aggravation.
I will never again order anything from the "CSN Sofas" or any of their other affiliated stores . You would be wise to do the same.
These people are intentionally misleading their shoppers. In the process, they offered to sell me the Ottoman for $179. These bait and switch tactics that are pathetic and no longer acceptable with stores like Amazon around, setting the perfect example of how to do business. I purchase dozens of items from Amazon, Newegg, etc. every year and I never had a single problem. My First (and last) order with CSN Sofas was a major headache. Who has time for that."
