"Staff at Infant 3 does not provide as unique and welcomed hellos and good byes as Miss Shelly does. I feel like that makes separations in the morning a tad harder. I feel like a more acknowledgment than just hello would make the child feel more welcomed."

He constantly doing things on field trips he shouldn’t be doing. I just don’t understand my school age kids beg me to let them stay home but I have to work."

"I love that my kids are preparing for a more structured classroom. I love that they have friends and learn about getting along with other kids and the things a parent can’t always teach without the interaction with children other than siblings. The director went above and beyond to assist my wife and I in enrolling our two children and making us comfortable with leaving them in the care of someone outside of a family member for the first time. The app updates, the meal plan. The ice cream truck visits. Water days. It’s just so much fun for the kids and I’m always impressed with all the teacher’s abilities to remember everyone including parents names. It makes you feel like they care personally and individually for each family. My kids love it there. They ask me to go early in the morning before I even have to go to work, they’re ready. Part of me wants to recommend it to everyone, but part of me wants to keep it all to myself and just the way it is because the Amherst location is just amazing."
