"My child attends Childtime of Arlington (Garden Corner). I switched her due to a poor experience at another Daycare, and I couldn't be happier. The director, assistant director, and teachers are amazing! Ms. Diann, Ms. Andrea, and Mr. Brad are the teachers who typically care for my child. And they all exceed my expectations in what I want in a care giver for my child. She loves them all and tells me daily something she did together with her teacher. They are always smiling and happy to see my child. They all speak to me at pick up and drop off and keep me in the loop with anything regarding my child. I trust and value all of her teachers and the care they provide. The directors/assistant directors, Ms. Shauna, Ms. Sonya, and Ms. Carol are all extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to speak to. I had a billing mix up and Ms. Carol was so quick to help and resolve my issue. This is an excellent daycare and I would recommend it over and over. Thank you for everything you do for myself and my child especially."

"You have a great staff at Childtime. But it could be better with better training and programs. I was skeptical at first but we've grown into a family. Yes I'm looking to move facilities but only due to recent changes. I've stayed so far because of MS. SONYA and MR. BRAD. They took Brad away and Sonya...who is left to help the big kids grow? My general experience before 3 months ago has been awesome. Sure the food is horrible but the experience for my 2 was great to a certain point. I feel that this facility has been forgotten about or just the dumping site for other facilities that are overcrowded. Look at the Google reviews. This facility has the lowest rating of all the surrounding facilities. If these surveys are actually being read...do something about this!"

"I do enjoy this school. The consistently of the children’s schedule in each class is what I love. At this point my son has transitioned completely to this school. The director is fantastic. She is extremely involved with the children and can tell you facts about your child that no one would know unless paying attention. She is always the one I talk to when a problem or situation comes up because I know it will be taken care of. As far as the teachers, some are great and some not so great. I do believe this school needs more experienced teachers willing to teach children and help them understand what they’re trying teaching. Instead of just running around trying to keep up with the children. The cleanliness could better and toys definitely need updating. Overall, I like that my son has improved since being at this school. I just have concerns in areas where I “wish” were better like I’m sure every parent feels. I was recommended by family so I definitely took that into consideration."
