"Our overall experience have been poor. The school location is great and the safety measures are excellent. For the cost of tuition, the level of care is overvalued if your child is not an infant. Some of the staff are great and welcoming and they're some that shouldn't be working with children at all. As a former childcare director myself, I know when people genuinely care and when it's just a job to them. The most important thing is that you want your child/ren to have a great experience and feel loved and welcome and sadly we don't feel that way. Some mornings I would walk in with my children and one staff in particular would gave a sour look like ugh they are here today My children have had a hard time adjusting because they have never been at a daycare setting because they were born in the middle of the pandemic. So a lot of things where new to them. I feel that some of the staff have no empathy or education or training when it comes dealing with different types of children."
"I have been very pleased with our experience. Activities and lessons have increased since we have been there which is great because I have seen a lot of growth in my child during her short time there. I cannot say enough about how great it feels to see the teachers get excited when I walk in with my child and she gets the biggest smile. We are first time parents so it is also great to have a teacher talk to us about developmental areas such as her eating. Every time I drop my child off I walk out feeling great that she is there and in very good hands"

"The directors have been a nightmare since we started in March 2019. They are unorganized, unresponsive, and don't communicate well with me or any other parents. The staff turnover is awful. There have been teachers let go for reasons I disagree with. If it weren't for the compassionate teachers in the school, I would leave,, and quickly. We live a block away and I will take my child to a more inconvenient location if more current teachers leave."
