"We liked the school when we started out there, but over the 2 years there has been so much change and inconsistency, that is causes a problem for our family and is unfair to our childs developmental opportunities."
"Overall has been great!! Can’t really complain but the price for sure because I’m a single mom and they say I make to much when I could really use the assistant so it is really hard on me."
"Overall, I love the center. Good experiences so far."
"Jenny, Megan in infant 2, and Lenena are awesome! We were very happy with our daughter's teachers and would recommend Childtime to friends. We just couldn't afford it anymore and we were concerned that she was getting sick frequently. She got pink eye 3 times within 6 months. We thought there were a lot of teachers in and out of the classroom to balance staffing, which made getting timely communication difficult. It also meant that our daughter switched rooms throughout the day and exposed her to more illness. However, every concern we addressed with the director and teachers was handled promptly and sincerely. We are thankful she was able to have safe and caring teachers. It was still a very positive experience."
"We had a great experience in the beginning, then a period where things deteriorated with a new director, and now the original director is back and things have greatly improved. I believe the teacher could be a little firmer with the younger kids, especially approaching the toddler age where acting out becomes normal. Teachers have been really receptive and excited that we are involved parents and there has been good back and forth over the past year+."
"Wasn't given enough information, felt like they wouldn't care for my child like it was theirs, felt rushed. The whole tour took less than 20 minutes."
"Messaging from the director/company can be condescending. You work for us. We pay you. Don't talk down to us."

"All the teachers have been great and interactive. They go above with doing fun projects and implement developmental activities such as sensory related activities."

"Seemed decent but the infant room seemed understaffed and lacking. Frankly it did not stack up to another school I toured later that day whom offered lower rates as well."
"We love the teachers that are there, they are the reason we are staying at this point. The school is clean and the children are safe and well cared for; however, it's clear that the staff are stressed and short staffed and I'm sure the kids can pick up on that as well."

"In general, its been an amazing with Childtime in Blue Ash. I can breathe easy knowing my child is taken care of and is happy."
"In general, I am extremely happy with my child's caretakers. They are caring, and warm, and great with the children. I have concerns about the number of children/cribs in the room. While the caregiver to child ratio has remained the same, I feel like there are too many babies, and more than I was told would be in the room when I enrolled my daughter. Having cribs blocked in corners and blocking doorways is not ideal. While I do have concerns about communication from leadership, the school has been extraordinarily flexible with my family. we had some health issues that required we enroll our child earlier than anticipated, and this was an easy process. However, it was not clear that the classroom caretakers were aware of this change. Communication between leadership and teachers as well as leadership and families needs to be improved. I fear that frustration due to lack of communication as well as increased demands will result in quality teachers leaving the facility. If not for the amazing teachers in my daughters classroom, we would have left months ago."
