"Childtime brea has been amazing. Mrs Becky has been amazing with our daughter ... a much much better experience then childtime anahiem. I wish brea had the weekend program I would move our daughter to it in a heartbeat ! Since the survey wasn't specific to the school I did it for Childtime Brea. Since this is where our daughter attends most of the time. My survey would be much different if filling out for childtime anahiem"

"Ms Becky the Director is an absolute pleasure! She cares deeply for the students, is communicative, bright, and is able to take care of individual details while holistically taking the schools needs seriously and running the school efficiently. She creates a loving environment and my family is so grateful for her and the teachers."

"Overall the experience at the school as been positive. The general front office staff and teachers are wonderful and kind. Each of them are so nice to my child. Currently undergoing a transition phase - lots of new teachers and not completely trained or they seem uncomfortable therefore lack the connection with child. Lots of new faces and sometimes the daily structure is altered. Main feedback is to try and keep consistency during this time of change. Have the new teachers train. Also changing of the diapers - teachers need to do a better job in wiping. Usually find remnants or a diaper rash develops."

"We have had great experiences with this Child Time location. We’re very pleased with staff, curriculum, activities, etc.A few constructive critiques:1. Additional activities we enrolled in (soccer, dance) don’t seem very punctual. I would like to see clearer communication on when an activity is postponed/etc. (more pics/videos shared would be great too!)2. Sometimes the food and nap updates on SproutAbout are not accurate based on what we see in the Live Stream camera monitors (this experience has not been specific to any one classroom or teacher).3. The front lobby and hallway often have a fowl stench. This is likely due to the baby room being right there and soiled diapers. It might help to use a diaper pale to help control that odor.4. The parking lot is very tight and sometimes has trash left around. I understand this is not owned by ChildTime, but it might be easier on parents if staff/busses are parked a little further away."

"I love how easy it is to communicate with everyone. I also love how all the teachers know my kids and greet them by name. Knowing that my kids are well taken care of at childtime eases my anxiety when they’re away from me."
