"When there is a concern with my child I feel that the staff is very sincere. My child is treated with respect and she loves the interaction with different teachers. Through her first few weeks it was hard for her to be away from family and the staff at Childtime made it like home for her."
"The teachers and staff are really respectful and very helpful if there are any questions regarding my child. My child's teacher is open to communication and she keeps me updated with his learning and what he needs to improve on. The kids look like they are having a good time in all the videos and pics that are posted through the app."
"Absolutely need a new directer. The other two girls are friendly but the head lady is rude and never there and when she is she’s always sitting in her desk face buried in her cellphone I’ve even herd her talk to teachers rudely very unprofessional for a business. That’s probably why there’s always new teachers around I know that’s why a lot of friends kids left too"

"If there was some training or additional help for your director then the daycare might be a lot better. Until then your teachers keep leaving and everyone looks mad all the time. There are some that are very friendly and nice but the director is always in the office and ignores me when I have a problem"

"Everyone that has been involved with my child at Childtime has done above and beyond what I would expect from an daycare. The teachers have given my child a place to be safe and happy. Unfortunately I dont know how the educational aspect of the school is I cant really give good grading on that. By the way my child teachers are I will assume they have valued teachers at this location. All the children I interact with seem to to very happy here."
"I personal keep my son at this location because of one teacher that works with him. Management is a joke they do not take your concerns seriously. Place is very unprofessional, you are disrespected as a parent/customer. Especially for the price you are paying.(I pay out of pocket.) The children are not getting the proper education or food portions."
