"In the 4 months we've been going to the school we've had to bring both bed sheets and burp cloths. We have twins and it's a lot to keep up with.Also find a way to just make the formula there.. it's crazy for parents to have to do it in advance.Place is great though but I fear cost cutting policies are going to make it worse. Everyone at the school is awesome."
"The infant 1 & 2 teachers are top notch! My child transitioned to infant 2 for a little while & then back to infant 1. It was great for him to experience the older room for a little bit, but to better suit where he was at developmentally he was moved back, and because of other children moving rooms too. We love both rooms and are confident that he is being taken care of and loved on. There's nothing more important to me than making sure he is safe and cared for. Those teachers do it. Mrs. Heather goes above and beyond with activities & updates. She deserves a raise. I probably wouldn't have continued with daycare if it wasn't for her."
"We brought our kids back full time this Fall and I could not be happier! I was nervous about bringing them back as the experiences with Lighthouse were not always great and having new Leadership made me uncertain. Both Ms Melisa and Ms Desirae could not be any more amazing!! They have been so kind and helpful with my boys, especially the youngest who really struggles at drop off. Along with his teachers they have all been so involved and helpful and willing to do anything they can to help. They take care of them and also check in with me to make sure I'm doing ok as they know how hard this can be for moms. The experience has been great so far!!"
"I've had some really wonderful experiences with some of the teachers. You can really tell they care and love your child. Other teachers are only there to collect a paycheck. Sometimes I get worried when babies are laid next to each other incorrectly and they kick each other in the head, repeatedly. Classrooms need to be children of similar skill to prevent smaller children from being hurt."
"Over the past 6 months it has been a turn for the better around education focus and structure. I believe the change in leadership and accountability of the teachers has been a huge improvement. It is much more of what I thought was I getting in the past and obviously my child was not receiving. Much improved!"

"When it was Lighthouse I had a much better feeling about the school/staff. Now I don’t even know who the director is, there is never anyone at the front desk, and the turnover rate seems pretty high. My kids teachers change far too often. We’ve gotten several fees lately and I can’t even seem to figure out why, and we get maybe a weeks notice of them. I am a single parent so this makes things very difficult."
"We love the teachers at child time! The new director has been working at the facility for several months and I'm unsure of who she is. The old director knew the children's names and often was saying good morning or good bye. Also I don't know why the sprinklers in the front of the building are on as parents and children are walking in for the day. Could they be turned on during off hours?"
