"It was amazing up until the new director took over recently. From there the staff don’t know what their doing and don’t care. Kids are not watched properly or changed properly. If it weren’t the only school near me, I’d switch in a heart beat. The only thing keeping me there at this point is sheena and robin."

My son keeps getting put in multiple rooms or ends the day in a different room this is typically fine, but the staff in the new room usually seem less engaging and do not communicate with parents. They didn’t even try to console him when he was upset as I was watching from the tv after I left."

"The curriculum the school follows is excellent and really prepares children for Kindergarten. The communication in an emergency situation is horrible."

"It was good until my child moved into the toddler room and when the director left. The school lost credibility and staff seemed to do what they wanted at that point. People standing around in the front talking, different staff in the class daily, no communication or bad communication, bad incident reporting, etc."

"Whitney was amazing after that they made it clear they are desperate for money to teachers are not qualified to handle most kids there is no learning it’s just play time. Teachers don’t interact with students they just sit down at the table and scream at them if their too loud. The food is a joke. Zero flavor not healthy especially for what we pay for our kids to go here. I would no suggest this place to anyone and will be pulling my kids out soon. They need all new staff and better learning plans or just one in general. Cleaner facility better communication and actual care and concern"

"I'm kinda worried about how long it's taking too get a new director and the lack of director level leadership at our location. However, Vicky and Sheena have done a SPECTACULAR job holding it down and frankly, they need to be director abd assistant director anyway."

"Overall, it has been great! I was sad to see the director leave as I felt I had a great relationship with her. The staff are very friendly and I feel I can talk to them about how my children are doing. Other than a few of the newer staff in the school age room, the staff are phenomenal teachers and I am very comfortable leaving my children in their care."
