"The teachers at this school are the best part. My child loves her teachers and they love her."
"Poor, the quality workers are burnt out. There is no sense of pride or work ethic in this daycare. It is like the workers forgot they are taking care of people's precious gifts. Lesson plans are sub-created but not practiced at all. It is like practices are in place to satisfy Corp but not practical for in-class dynamics. No one seems to care about their job and know the impact of their daily purpose. The care providers in my opinion are the cornerstone for children's development. They are the second step in a child's development before actual school. This place needs an overhaul!"
"It’s fine. Church based or other small scale centers provide a much better experience than corporate centers. I wish there was a smaller center nearby with availability but they are either all full or not full day."
"High turnover, cleanliness has declined,"
"What suppose to be safe place for your children while you’re at work turned out to be the opposite. 2 days ago I witnessed (over live camera on the phone app) that a teacher grabbed my crying 2 year old child by their hair and pushed them back to their cot. We immediately went to the center and notified center’s new director, Lillian Shawhan, who didn’t seem very concerned. We picked the kids, notified licensing department, child protective services and called the law enforcement. Less than 48 hours from the incident, Lillian Shawhan and Barbara Morris got in contact with us to let us know that they made a decision to disenroll our kids from the center, no words on the teacher who assaulted the child, apology, etc. If you have other options, don’t leave your kids there."
"The staff is very professional and willing to go over and beyond to help you with any concerns you may have. Also the director is very professional and friendly and is always greeting parents at the door and knows all the children by their first name. I look forward to bringing my child to Child time every day of the week."
"I feel that there are providers who are doing their best with what they have. I do not feel the directors are supportive to the caregivers individual needs. I also perceive the staff is overworked and under appreciated."
"We have found the infant teachers to be fantastic. They are so kind and good with our child. It is great to have a quality daycare so convenient to our work too."
"It has for most part been very pos"
"I love the updates via SproutAbout. Teachers are very warm and supportive to my child and to me for my first time enrolling her in any daycare."
"I love and appreciate everything all the teachers do in helping my child receive the best education and experience in childcare for the first time. My husband and I feel very confident and trusting Childtime with our son! All the teachers and staff are there for the same common goal and that’s the children. I can’t thank you all enough I highly recommend this place. Thanks again From the Buchanan family!"
"I have absolutely loved having my child at ChildTime! When we were looking for a place to enroll our newborn, they stood out above the rest. As an educator, and as someone who spent a lot of time working in daycare centers, I knew my standards and expectations were high. ChildTime has met and exceeded everything I've wanted. Communication from the staff is great, my child is learning and is receiving a quality education, and most importantly, my child is LOVED and it shows."
"The school is clean and comfortable. They are family oriented and very acco"
"Leadership team is not approachable"
"Great teachers. Wild children. Too many children. Not enough teachers, and sometimes the child to teacher ratio that is held by the state regulations is not met. Teachers are constantly changing. There are a few teachers that yell at the children a lot."
"It's overall been good, just wish it opened at 0630."
