"All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. There is no doubt there. And all of the kids we saw looked happy and like they were having a good time. It just didn't feel like a good fit for us. It was a little disconcerting that no one knew we were coming for a tour even though we had called the center the day before and it makes me think that communication among staff members may be an issue. Also, there were lots of boxes piled up in the hallway and just didn't give a very neat and organized appearance. I was also concerned with the fact that infants are considered 0-16 months. For a newborn doing tummy time I am troubled that kids who are mobile are running around the babies. I feel that once kids are mobile they should go to a different room and the infants should just be in a nursery. I also assume that's done to keep kids at a higher price point for a longer period of time. Most places we have looked separate infants and toddlers at 12 months, not 16. The price of $267/week did seem steep based on what we saw on the tour. For less than $50 month extra we could enroll our child at Primrose or The Goddard School which are considered top of the line. I wish we would have liked the center more as it was very convenient and there were some features that we really liked. Having pictures taken throughout the day and having our baby's feedings, sleeping, and changing tracked and sent to us was a very nice feature. Hopefully we can find that feature somewhere else."

"I've had an overall good experience with this school. I have a 2 yr old and my infant enrolled, which means I spend a great deal of money each week for their care. I'm extremely dissatisfied that I must pay when the SCHOOL closes. For parents who have 2 or more children enrolled, that's more than $100 a day! Not to mention I must pay for other childcare on the days the school decides to close. This may be a deal breaker for me. Within a 1 month span the school is closed for 3 days and does not encourage child care on the other, that is $400 in one month that is wasted. I may be looking elsewhere."
