"We love Childtime so much! Our son lights up when we walk in and he gets the biggest smiles when he sees his teachers! Their communication is amazing and they really care about the children. As a first time mom I was so nervous to leave my son, but it’s been such a fantastic experience and my husband and I are so happy. The app is amazing and we love seeing pictures of him throughout the day, as well as get updates on his diaper changes and feeding schedules."
"My daughter's teacher has really been amazing. Miss. Jyssele always welcomes her. My daughter is very shy. But her teacher holds her hand to make sure she dosen't cry when I leave. I felt guilty for having to take my baby to daycare but now I'm glad she does. She loves her teacher, her friends, and play time outside."
"The teachers have been amazing to my son. They are friendly and loving and communicate with me all day."
"the questions are to the point."
"When I first enrolled my child, the director at the time was phenomenal; in fact, she was the prime reason I enrolled my daughter in this school. Since the Board of Directors let her go, it's been a complete upheaval since. It's a real shame because the school use to have special qualities that money couldn't buy, which is ironic because now I would pay any amount of money to get that environment and dynamic back."
"Overall happy, dislike that I have to push and remind to move my child up to the next class. Currently battling trying to move my 3 yr old out of the 2 yr old class"
"Ms Hurtado greeted me with a warm welcome and seemed very knowledgeable about the school it what it offers. She provided a tour of the classroom of where my child would be going to Monday-Friday."
"I have so much to say. Rather have someone who cares to listen contact me. Thank you. Cell # ***-***-****"
"It’s been great teacher and environment is excellent and organized wish there was a school closer to Rancho Cucamonga"
"In general the experience has been positive. As I stated we had a rough period after the old Director left, but things have calmed down. My son enjoys going to his school, and I feel this facility reinforces what we teach at home (respect, manners, kindness)."
"Overall, I have been moderately happy with the school. My son is happy, but I feel the meals are mostly unhealthy, there is poor communication from staff to parents, and there seems to be a quick turnover in program directors. When I started less than a year ago there wasn't a director, one was hired, and then left already."
"Children love the school. Follow up and using the tools available are as not important as they were to prior staff. You lost a lot of good people. You are also wasting your most important communication tool. A parent who brags about your school and readily shows the communication tool to others because of it's excellence is better than any advertising your can pay for. Think about that for a moment. Free advertising from advocates who currently have children enrolled. You can't purchase advertising that could be anywhere near as effective yet, it is treated as an annoyance. Somebody really needs to take some marketing classes and upgrade their client relation skills. It is extremely frustrating to this concerned parent."
"I used to lover this school. I recommended it to several people, I left a Google review. I'm very sad about the turnover."
"My Grand-daughter loves the school and often beats me to the door to go to Childtime. My fear is that since I am sending in this negative response it will be taken out on her. Previously you were a 10 out of 10...now I give you a generous 6. Are you concerned with improving your facility and getting back to what made us brag about you constantly or does it matter and your focus is getting even. Working with children indicates what the focus needs to be. The downgrade over the past few months certainly put that into question. You control your business, what is your goal? We no longer brag about how wonderful the school is. Nobody can change that except you."
"It was a very nice experience!"
