The staff, especially the Assistant Director, Alma Eseller, always make my daughter and myself feel welcome and well cared for. She really went out of her way to make my daughter feel comfortable when she first started attending the school and has helped her to adjust to the recent change in classrooms. The teachers have been wonderful and my daughter has nothing but good things to say about them when she gets home."

"Overall we have had a positive experience with the school and staff. Both kids adjusted well and pretty quickly. They both look forward to going to school in the morning. All of the teachers and staff are very warm and seem sincere. Among the many, many positives there are only two negatives to our experience. 1) The 14 month old's transition from infant class to 1 year old class has not been clearly communicated. I never know which room I am going to drop him off or pick him up at until I get there. I've started to just always drop him off at the infant room and let them sort it out. I still do not always know where I will pick up though.2) Although I understand the need to raise prices to stay current with staffing needs and to provide the best environment for our kids, the recent rise has spurred me to consider other daycare options. The original price is a stretch to begin with, but we decided to make it work because we, and the boys, were so impressed on the day of the tour. Even a small increase in price is a challenge for us to pay every month, and if it is raised again in the future we definitely will not be able to continue at Childtime. Therefore, we decided to just move them now since we will probably have to in the future anyway."
