"I was happy with this school when we started but a new director came on board and either fired/scared off a bunch of the staff that we had gotten to know. Most recently my son's teacher was suddenly switched to another room without a new teacher in place or any transition for the children. There was NO communication about this and I have emailed, spoke with the assistant director, his previous teacher and even left a voicemail with Jean with NO response. I feel that my concerns are NOT important and we are talking about my child! I do NOT feel comfortable leaving him at Childtime and have been stressed trying to figure out alternate childcare so I can pull him out."

"The school needed to be cleaned. The floors were dirty and marked up. It smelled like old food and dirty diapers the minute you walked in. The lunch looked really pitiful. All the teachers seemed disinterested and burnt out, no one seemed happy to be there. Again, the Director was friendly but I would NEVER EVER pay the price to send my child to this school. It's the most expensive option of the 5 Center's we've toured and one of if not the worst location."

"This Location is the convenient for work! The teacher staffing my husband and I have now we have peace of mind and have built great relationships with them all. Special Thanks to Jasmine, Shayna, Eisha, JoJo, Ms Leila, Ms Linda, Ms Gayle, and Ms Katie for making our family experience a great one. Also thanks to Lisa Salek too- these folks always had an open arm for the Smiths family and we appreciate their care to our baby boy in addition to our daughter who graduated from Childtime and partnership over the years."

"Overall I have loved this school; I love the activities, I especially love any of the activities involving learning for the young kids like flash cards. The only downside to me has been since losing the cook 18 months or so ago, it seems like the children have cereal for breakfast at least 3 times a week compared to when it used to be a very occasional thing."

"I really like my child's main teachers but it's been rare that I catch them together. It is hard to walk in and see crying babies that don't get tended to in a timely manner. One time I came for my child and he was crying pretty hard, when I went to soothe him he had the shudders which meant he had been crying for awhile and that was heartbreaking."

"Our daughter gets a lot of attention from the teachers and seems to genuinely enjoy her time at daycare. Our only concern is that there is a lot of turnover with the teachers in my daughter's room. In the year she has been enrolled, she has had 4-5 teachers come and go (some leaving and some reassigned to other rooms). Having such a large turnover especially for the little ones is tough because they have routines that are sometimes overlooked by new employees or people who are filling in. That said, every teacher she has had has been very kind and caring."
