"We were hoping to have the same great experience with the learning group as we did in NY. When we got to Florida we were told to stop in for a tour at any time to get our daughter comfortable. When we went for the tour I did not get a warm feeling, I felt that we were more of a bother and did not get a great tour or information about the pre-k program. When we started the next week, it seemed that no one knew we were starting that day. There was no cubby for her to put her belongings and when I asked they said she would have one in the next few days. We have been there about a month and she still has no cubby for her belongings. We are used to constant communication via brightwheel from our previous Learning Group school. At this school we got zero communication through brightwheel. We did not receive daily class activities, photos or messages with things going on at the school. When I reached out to ask about it, I was sent one photo of the class and my daughter was not in the picture."
