"The change of leadership was not ideal and communication was not great. That issue was addressed however now that the building is closed due to pipe(s) bursting, communication has been limited. Given all the feedback about lack of leadership/communication, I would expect updates at the start of each week since our center will be closed “several weeks”"

"Initially things were good but with the recent lack of leadership I have little confidence in the success of the school. I feel senior leadership has taken no accountability despite concerns from parents and it is resulting in more kids leaving and teacher turnover. I’m concerned the school will be shut down because the current director has been with the company for three weeks, has no support and has had no training on Childtime policies."

I do doubt that the investors and management care about the success of their employees or my child. Local management communicates poorly, doesn't follow through with promises (no matter how small), and doesn't support their staff to ensure daily success and long-term growth."

"Overall, the teachers are wonderful and engaging and we love Childtime. We do wish the hours would return to normal 6:30a-6:30p. In our area the commute into DC is long and that extra 30 minutes on either side of the day makes a huge difference to our work schedules."
