"We have concerns over the recent acquisition of North Country Academy by ChildTime. While the business dealing was not transparent to parents, it is concerning as our current location is within a block of a former North Country location. We visited both daycares when choosing daycare providers for our son and noticed a significant drop off in quality of care at North Country with a significant investment difference from ChildTime. With recent tuition increases and lower tuition at the former North Country (to our knowledge as we saw the rates when we were looking at daycares), there seems to be no sensitivity to the value we have invested in already at the current location compared to the sister school and the vast improvements they will receive at a significantly lower cost (or so it seems). It seems that we are subsidizing their improvement at the North Country location to our detriment as original ChildTime parents."

"I love the consistent positive energy throughout the school. the teachers all have been very accommodating and act as partners with the care and development of my child. They are almost like valued family members.However, the lack of consistent presence of our Director (now former Director) was somewhat concerning.
