"The new director brings a lot of chaos and disorganization. She never takes responsibility for anything and likes to make passive aggressive remarks to parents rather than just owning up to mistakes made. I don't feel as if she truely cares about the facility and the attending children and I also wonder if she pays attention to what goes on around her in the classrooms. My 1 year old gets injured at daycare almost every week, I have so many incident reports. I get an injury here and there but I am starting to wonder if proper attention isn't being paid within the rooms due to the frequency of these injury incidents."

"Since Child Time took over this daycare we have seen great improvements in communication, physical space, and general pride in what the school does. My primary ongoing concern relates to the parking area with illegally parked or idling cars during dropoff and pickup. Staff and customer use of handicap spot without permit during dropoff is a serious problem."

"Please add additional lighting to the parking lot, it is very very dark at pickup and is a safety concern as the school is located behind a shopping plaza and next to an OTB."

"I would love to say my experience was great but it simply was not. A red mark or bump here and there is expected, but multiple injuries due to inattentiveness is not acceptable. In addition to safety concerns, nothing ever seemed set. My daughter was in multiple classrooms - I sometimes didn't know where to pick her up. Her teachers were often different as well. It seemed very unorganized. Whenever I would bring my concerns up to Megan, she would speak over me and have an excuse for everything. It was hard to get a word in. One of the reasons we liked Childtime was the Brightwheel App. Well the teachers rarely responded to messages and I would have to ask for a picture multiple times a day. I was often ignored through the app and would go days not getting a single photo. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. Especially those with infants."

"We have had nothing but good experiences w/ the school. The facility is undergoing a change and it hasn't seemed to impair their ability to teach, care or engage with the children at all. The new rooms all look great and the staff has been absolutely wonderful. My daughter is always greeted with a warm smile from the front desk and staff. The staff all know my daughters name and are genuinely happy to see her. My daughters teacher is wonderful and knows our daughters little nuances and needs. We are very happy with the facility."

"Things have gotten better since the change in companies. The price is getting too high that I am worried I will need to choose a more affordable option in the future."
