"I purchased a few replacement parts for my Matinee Espresso Machine from them. They were the cheapest I could find and they had fast reasonably priced shipping. I ordered a replacement lock for my machine and assumed the key came with it. However, if I would of read further I would of realized it didn't. Totally my fault. I contacted them and explained my issue, they sent me the key immediately free of charge!! I don't think you can find better Customer Service than that!! Great, Great People!!!!"

"I had the WORST service experience with CT ESPRESS via website.
The first order in November went fine.
a little bit cheaper prices, cheap service. Never again for me.

As a returning customer, my address was typed in correctly and popped up on the order sheer.
But, CT Espresso company omitted my building unit number on the address, which was on the original.
This resulted in a 5-day delay by residential FEDEX over the week-end..

When I emailed CT, they never bothered to email back. When I finally reached them CT by phone, the mgr, rosario argued with me although I was looking at the correct address I put in on my screen. and there are no prices on the packing slip invoice.

His excuse? We have 1000s of other orders that go well -- well, so did mine. Once."
