"We’ve loved Childtime. The teachers are fantastic. Ms. Parlina Chaudary is one of the most qualified and intuitive people. She is a wealth of knowledge and has helped my son through speech delays and covid anxieties. She has done such a great job helping my son adjust and thoroughly enjoy school. She helps parents and kids alike with difficult transitions. Ms. Chaudary is the golden standard for what child care should look like. I also must mention that Ms. Amanda and Ms. Cheryl are fantastic at the admin side of the equation. They are prompt to respond to queries and are wonderful to work with. The one aspect that would really be great to change is the billing aspect. It is tedious having to call the cashier at the hospital to make payments. It would be great to have access to billing and statements online. Ms. Amanda and Cheryl’s time would be much better spent on other aspects. Billing and payments should be automated."

"My family loves ChildTime in Evanston. Great programs, wonderful teachers and the location is easy for us to get to. They make the registration process easy and through the parental app- I can see my child doing various activities in the classroom through the day. It gives me peace of mind not to have to guess what she did at school."

What I miss is a stronger interaction with other parents and families, but this is not an issue with the school...its simply not happening because of the pandemic."
