"It went from great to horrible, unsafe, and unnerving"
"Over the past 4ir 5 months there seemed to have been challenges with staffing. My childs teacher left and his class merged with another. From then on it just seemed like the poor teachers were stretched so thin. It just seemed chaotic, curriculum went to the wayside. One of the initial attractions to the center was the cleanliness, but recently I noticed an odor that never seemed to go away, especially in the top rooms. Even first thing in the morning there is a smell like old diapers.. I could even faintly smell it on my child in the evening and he is well out of diapers.they are trying I think, but the quality has gone down rapidly in the last few months. Ultimately decided to change learning centers."

"I don't know if your records are able to show, but a couple of years ago, I took this survey providing glowing reviews of the center from the director right on down to the teachers and meal service. Today, I am feeling quite the opposite. What has changed? The director and the assistant director. With complete administrative turnover has come a lack of communication, consistency and clarification on everything that goes on that building. If my child wasn't entering her final year before kindergarten, I would absolutely pull her from the school immediately. While I think her day to day teachers are phenomenal and the curriculum is great, the staff present for the free play time in the evening is typically less than watchful and I question if they have any idea what the children are doing - particularly when they are outside. This change is extremely concerning."

"ChildTime has been a great opportunity for our child and for us as parents. We feel grateful for the caring teachers especially and the fact that it's close to our workplaces. I sometimes wonder if there could be a little more specific communication from the toddler room in terms of daily enrichment activities (or maybe just a weekly newsletter including class photos and how the kids are learning in the large group). I do appreciate the updates I receive through Brightwheel, though the level of detail can vary from day to day / week to week. It would be nice to have a little more consistency with each category of update-- e.g. 1-2 photos a day, 1-2 activities/skills accomplished per day, and a quick, specific update on the child's developing eating habits at meal time. Overall, we are satisfied with how our child is enjoying the school and having fun with the adults."
