"We have had a good experience with this school. Our infant experience for both children has been wonderful as well as the toddler and preschool programs. I feel the pre-k program has improved over the last year and a half. Pre-k should focus on kindergarten prep for all students no matter what age."

"The director does a great job at getting and retaining quality staff members that are great with the kids. If there are ever any problems they are resolved quickly. Everyone is friendly and accommodating with genuine desire to care for your children. I would highly recommend this daycare if you can afford it."

"I think the communication could be better. My daughter was bitten twice by the same child. After being told that they would remain separated my husband saw them together when he picked her up. He immediately addressed this with staff."

"Staff friendlt and caring and pleasnt to interact with. They always make me feel welcomed. Christy and Denise are always so helpful.Safety is great, however, you should know sometimes i see parents piggybacking off each other entering and exitung. This is a safety concern because a parent could be letting a dangerous person in without knowing."

"Bottom line, we love ChildTime! Our daughter started when she was 22 mos. The Toddler1 classroom lead is amazing. When our daughter moved up to Toddler2 we were excited for her achievement, but we were sorry to leave behind the Toddler1 lead. Our ChildTime location has gone through a number of staffing rearrangements sine her transition to the Toddler2 room which has left a bit to be desired in terms of consistency. We never feel that our daughter is in incapable hands. We do however, long for consistency for her in her remaining months before she moves up to the Preschool room."
