"Our son has been in the infant one classroom for about four months and we love it. We can not stress enough how good the entire staff has been to us. We feel like they treat him like one of their own. They keep us informed on everything throughout the day and give him the personalized attention that he needs on his bad days. All the teachers in the infant one classroom are amazing, we are so lucky he has them. We feel that Lindsay, the staff director, always goes above and beyond for us and him. We appreciate it all so much!!"

"I am really very happy with our experience at Childtime. I feel like my child has excelled academically and socially. She has happy when I take her in and happy when I pick her up. Her teachers really do a great job to make sure she feels respected and valued and that's reflected in how the children interact with each other and learn. The only thing I didn't rate a 10 on this survey was that the exit door isn't always magnetized (i.e. you don't have to press the exit button for it to unlock) and that's a concern for kids who might get a little ahead of parents when it's time to go outside. Totally minor and intermittent issue. Otherwise the facility is great - clean and always smells great."

"Fairport Childtime is excellent! We have been going there for 3 years and have had consistent, high quality care from all staff members. There is very little turnover, and the staff genuinely loves their jobs, and our children. We are always greeted warmly upon drop off and pick up, and everyone knows our children by name and makes them feel as though they are part of the family. I have nothing but good things to say about the care my children receive. My husband and I love the app which is frequently updated with pictures and information about how the kid’s days are going. The staff is very in tune to our children’s general disposition, and alerts us if anything is off. They are also often the ones that help me through childhood transitions. They are so knowledgeable about what children should be doing at each age, and as a mom I am often the most reluctant to push my children to the next stage. The staff often very kindly recommends tips and tricks to help my children through developmental milestones, and we work on a consistent front at home and school which makes transitions much smoother. Lastly, I must mention that the director and staff underwent a major transition this past fall and remained positive, determined, helpful and consistent through it all. We are so happy to be back home at the Fairport center which is beautiful inside and out, in particular due to the outstanding staff."

"Childtime of Fairport is absolutely fabulous! The directors, Lindsay and Heather are wonderful, and lead the most phenomenal staff. The curriculum is amazing, and so developmentally appropriate. When the school was being remodeled we had to move to a different daycare (not a childtime) and it was eye opening to say the least, because we did not receive anything close to the care, compassion, and curriculum that Childtime provides. Each staff member is so sweet, wonderful, and truly cares about each child. Our daughter is has developed into who she is, largely due to the amazing staff and learning opportunities she has had at Childtime. We have referred several friends there, and will continue to do so. We know our child is loved and cared for when we are at work, and is in a safe place. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Childtime!"

"With our original and now current location, we love the teachers and how they interact with both our child and us as parents. She is always smiling in pictures they send us and is excited to go to school. On the other hand, the sister school she attended, the teachers would rarely greet her and give her support if she was upset at drop-off, it did not appear they were attempting to keep consistent with our efforts at home to potty train (though we had multiple conversations with various teachers). There was a high turnover and poor consistency in teachers in the room and often she was in different classrooms with different age students. She was bit a couple of time when attending and no one sent home a report one of the instances."

"The reasons we have stayed at Childtime are the wonderful curriculum (our children were very prepared for Kindergarten), the amazing teaching staff that have both taught our children but also given them the nurturing they need during the day when we are not around, and the families we have grown to love that our children attended school with. We have found it extremely frustrating that time and time again the director and regional director have not continually communicated over time. When we left the center for the 6 months of renovation there were MINIMAL up dates while we were at other centers. We also have extreme frustrations with cooperate. They were forced to close due to major foundation, electrical and plumbing problems. We returned to a BEAUTIFUL school that is now being destroyed daily by significant water damage. The roof is leaking in several of the rooms with contraptions everywhere to keep the water out......this should have all been taken care of during the renovation. It is the reason they closed and put all of us in difficult situations. We came back because we had faith that cooperate would have addressed these safety concerns and used the money we pay to provide a safe environment for our children."

"Corporate's decision to notify Childtime Fairport families with only 3 weeks notice of the building closing was irresponsible, disrespectful, and the poorest display of customer service we have seen in a long time. Despite our love of this individual centers' teachers and staff, we would never consider re-enrolling in the future. This could have been handled in a much more professional and respectful way."
