They take time to ask about special events and remember to ask how things went. Follow up and attention to detail are very evident from the teachers and the director. They are extremely loving and our sons attitude towards school and learning i believe reflects their efforts devotion to their work."

"Great school for my 3 children, they have improved the facilities and continue to provide professional care and education for our children. I hope they continue to improve the services offered, and look to review options to maintain an affordable or improved cost scale as the prices are truly high. That alone is the one down side of the site, but all child care is at a historical high cost. I would recommend Childtime to friends and family."

"Our son has been attending ChildTime for almost 2 years now and has significant challenges along the way. Rather than turning him away everyone has jumped in and engaged. "I was generally happy with the overall care and concern of the staff and teachers at the school. My child is generally happy to go to school as she enjoys participating in the various projects and showing use her various works. But when asked if she would like to go to a new school or stay; she says Yes, I would. They no bite me there. The school states they have a disciplinary policy but seems to be very reluctant to implement it; as a parent of a child who is on the receiving end of the issues it makes you feel very helpless. Especially when you have very little other options."

Our child however doesn’t seem to be coming home and telling us about the various things they have done during the day like they did at their older school which had more set curriculum. Would like to see more photos and updates explaining what all is happening throughout day."

"Our experience has been great overall. Ben had a couple of rough months in the infant room and we felt he was transitioned to the toddler room a bit later than when he was ready. Since he has moved to the toddler room, he just loves it!"

"The teachers and staff fpr the most part exceed expectations. The facility needs more updates and the entrance/exit is not ideal. The teachers, specifically Mrs Mona, Mrs Michelle and Mrs Kim are the reason we have kept our kids at Childtime. They show tremendous care and love for the kids and it does not go unnoticed."

"The director and the main teachers in my son's classrooms have been great. They are loving and caring toward my son and respectful with good communication with me. The assistant teachers have changed quite a bit, and I wish there was more consistency there so that I could get to know them better. The main teacher is not there when I pick up, since she leaves earlier in the afternoon, and the assistant teachers are not usually able to tell me much about how my son's day went. The building is old and the facilities are not as nice as my son's previous daycare; but the location and price are better, so I feel it balances out. The most important thing to me is that my son receives loving care from his teachers, and so far I feel that he has."

"Most issues revolve around communication. We would like to be informed about staff changes to the room. The letters and app messages are often confusing or only half the story. All in all, the level of communication should be deeper. Even when we ask about our says day, development, we get back he was good. and that's it. We care about our son's diet and manage his nutrition very closely. The school over all has not made that an easy experience. Directions are forgotten, ignored or not accompdated. Evenutally yes, but not without much effort. Plus, blanket rules of no food in the nut family is ridiculous. It's limited our son's milk intake given he does not eat dairy (no coconut milk). Satisfied with teachers Kim, Lindsay, Anika, Michelle, and both Ashley's. They show a lot of care for our son. especially Kim. We are grateful for that and is a big reason we have stayed at the school."
