"I love it, it was up to part and perfect environment for my child they we're friendly and respectful I love the class rooms that was perfectly suitable for my child well being and trust worthy that he was in good care."
"The school and the staff are great!"
"My experience at ChildTime overall has been great. There has been some turn over in staff due to several reasons (in teachers personal life) but the director has been recruiting new staff to assure that not only my child but all the children are getting what they need. I’ve even noticed the director spending quit a bit of time in my child classroom due to some teachers leaving. There is an additional class in the great room which makes it a little cluttered. I think the school needs a bigger space. The teachers are wonderful my child is nurtured and cared for. I watch the cameras sometime and it warms my heart to see Ms Robin taking time to cuddle with the babies. "
"Robin and her team are excellent!"
"The infant rooms had great staff, with the exception of one staff who would be on her phone while she was supposed to be tending to the babies. This was addrrsssed with the director, which was ignored. After changes were not made, a district manager was contacted and that staff member was placed in another room. We’re very happy with most of the staff in our child’s current room, but continue to feel ignored by the director. Looking at other options."
"The building needs a detailed cleaning, next to and behind things are gross. Some days the fridge doesn’t work in the infant room. Making a classroom out of the lobby doesn’t help either, tip toeing past napping children on cots at pick up time."
"The foyer is dirty. The teachers in infant room two have nasty attitudes. The infant ratio is not adhered to—I’ve considered reporting the school because of this. Ratios should always be adhered to."
"In general, we have enjoyed our time at Childtime. We have been especially happy with the assistant director and some of the teachers."
"Our general experience has been positive. However, the recent addition of a “classroom” in the common area of the center is upsetting. Not only do parents and staff disturb the children at work/play/quiet time every time they walk through, but the children are often loud. This would not typically be an issue but it’s disturbing to the surrounding rooms. For example, I have witnessed screams and shouts from the common area waking infants from their naps. In addition, the lack of common area now means there is no indoor"
"The teachers are wonderful and engaging"
"The staff is great and the atmosphere is welcoming."
"Marianne is great. Things ran more smoothly when there was a full time director. Teachers for the younger classes are more warm and appear more enthusiastic and caring. Older kids get stuck with older teachers who seem cranky all the time. Communication through precious status has recently improved. However teachers rarely engage in conversations with parents in person. School holds events to engage the family, for example, cookies with grandparents. But when family members show up there is no interaction with staff just some snacks set out on tables. Childtime curriculum seems good. Field trips would be nice."
"I've really enjoyed the teachers and when my child comes home and tells me about what she learned or surprises me with what she learned. I would ask that the kids not eat anything that has food dye in it though. There's been blue-green bowel movements and that seems strange to me."
"My overall experience at Childtime is very positive. The director and teachers are warm and welcoming. Everyday I am in awe at what my child has learned."
"No one waiting for me at desk. Everyone too busy to even acknowledge me."
"It's been good although drop off time can be hard. One or two of the caregivers are very good with my child. Some of the others seem a bit more apathetic."
