"MIXED FEELINGS! We chose this school for the friendliness of the staff and administrators, the safety of our child, having all meals provided, how close it is to my husband’s job, the hours. Now we are very concerned about how much food the kids are really getting and I asked about portion sizes via brightwheels massage and never got any answer. And the kids are not allowed to bring the food they like. I am going to ask the pediatrician if I can get a written note to supplement with pediasure. Which is sad because the convenience was one of the selling point for me. We also mentioned that we are potty training and I don’t know if his teachers are working with us, which is hard to train him on weekends when he is spending 5 days with them and no consistency. Other than that, the teachers are really nice to our son when I drop him off, and very welcoming. I have seen my son develop socially in the one month he has been at Childtime."

"I would like to get more feedback on what my child has been doing throughout the day. I come in, and pick him up and they inly tell me if he has had issues but not what he did that day. Also, I rarely get photos and videos of my son which kind of defeats the purpose of an app that can recieve pictures and videos."
