I was not informed on how many stars the school qualified for or what the daycare teachers educational background was."

"With the new online precious status app it's easier to send notes to teachers and nice to get updates throughout the day but as the year has progressed there have been less and less posts throughout the day about what my child is doing. Now I am only getting notified of when my child eats and sleeps and would like to get at least 1 picture of my child or the class doing an activity and what they're working on. When the app first started the teachers were great at sending a picture or message stating what activity the child did but that has slowly stopped."

"I was extremely excited and happy about finding this facility so close to my home and it had everything I wanted for my child. Then to be told we're sorry but you can't enroll your child because we're full in the school age room and don't expect any space to come open during the summer, I went from being very happy to being both sad and angry, sad because my son won't be able to expetience everything they have to offer, and angry for being given a tour for a facility that didn't have space for the room I explicitly said I needed..a waste of both our times."

"The school located in Huntersville NC has the most caring and compassionate staff from the director Kari and assistant Alyssa. Mrs. JoJo shows each child love and gives the best hugs, to my son. My son's teacher Mrs. Milanda has been a huge blessing, my son used to have a difficult time at drop off, but when he see's Mrs. Milanda he lights up with the biggest smile and his heart is filled with love for her because she truly cares about all the children, and understands that each child is different and processes their feelings very different. She allows them to be themselves, and never rushes them to calm down when having a difficult time with something, she meets them in the moment, and helps them through the difficulty. I value the staff and commitment towards my children, and truly feel like we're home while my children are there."

Eating was a serious issue at the other schools. Every day we drop off and pick up it is evident that the employees love the children and are happy to be there, which gives me great peace leaving him. Even the school cook that the children lovingly call jo jo is warm and loving to the children, her name was the first name he ever said. We truly love this school and would recommend it to anyone!"
