"We have liked the experience so far. A few things we have observed is the teachers are not very conversational at drop off but they are at pick up. The director and assistant director are always great! It seems like our daughter doesn’t get as much food as she needs while she is there. She is always hungry when she gets home. The other observation is to possibly darken the room at naptime."

"We truly feel like the entire staff (directors & teachers) have provided an incredible environment for our children; nurturing, educating, warm, safe, & loving. We partly love our childtime school in Laguna Niguel, CA due to its enormous outdoor areas with natural grass, trees, sand and dirt for the kids to play in! We love that it's an accredited institution and have seen during the audit how this helps keep the bar high for our children. Nikki, Jessica, Piyali, Marieva, Rossana, and Ursula have all been a blessing! My children have both thrived and I can see how my daughter (after 2 years) has excelled in learning across all domains. I think there is a lot of room for improvement with the meal program, which costs 1 point--so overall the school is a 9 out of 10, which is still an A!!!"

"I really enjoy the overall experience at this school. Staff is very friendly and attentive, kids seem to really enjoy each day at school, and I feel they are learning quite a bit for a preschool/pre-k class. I asked my 5-year old daughter what she likes best about the school and she said “the teachers. They help me and take care of me.”"

"We have had a very positive experience with Childtime. When you walk in the building the children seem happy, and are actively engaging with their teachers. The Directors and Teachers are always positive, which creates a warm and welcoming community. I like that my baby has lots of outdoor time, and is in a room that smells and looks clean. At other centers we toured the infant room smelled like diapers and sometimes appeared chaotic, but at Childtime this is not the case. Our daughter is all smiles when we pick her up, and her routines are regular which has helped us at home. Lastly, as a working mother who is employed over an hour away from the school, it helps to have the brightwheel app updates throughout the day, and the classroom camera where I can check in and connect with my daughter anytime I am wondering how she is doing or what she is up to.One suggestion is to make this survey a little shorter, so you can get more responses.
