On a positive note regarding the school its staff and its teachers, they have been very consistent, very concerned about the safety and well-being of the students and staff members, and very quick to respond to any incidents. Once the crisis is over it would be nice to participate in more large group settings with other students and Families thank you"

"Our experience overall has been great. We love the diversity in the student body and teachers. There are some teachers who are exceptional at their job. However, we feel that management could be a little more friendly and genuine when they interact with parents. We understand that they are busy and are always on the go but if they could be more friendly towards all parents it would definitely change the culture. We have noticed that management is friendlier to some parents than others and it doesn’t feel good to be on the other side. I think everyone (management/teachers) need to be aware of how they are perceived based on their communication with folks from the moment we walk through the door. Professional development training on communicating affectively and respectfully with people from various ethnic backgrounds can improve this."

Occasionally, I have felt attitude when inquiry clarity about billing statements."

Our son is shy, but as he has moved to each new classroom there seems to be at least one teacher that makes an effort to make our son feel comfortable.
