"The staff at Childtime Learning Center is extremely attentive to the needs of parents. The Director and Asst. Director are great at responding to questions and issues that arise and respond in a timely manner. My son has had the same teacher since September and she has been AMAZING with him! She goes out of her way to make him and our family feel welcome, wanted and special. Her love of learning and teaching is expressed in the amount of effort she pours into her classroom on a daily bases. She has wonderful connects with the kids and their families."

"The teachers/staff have improved significantly. I feel that my children are being cared for by quality early childhood professionals who have the correct credentials and truly enjoy being around children not just some after school type monitors. The teacher's jobs are not easy. It takes specifically qualities to be able to do what they do all day 5X a week. I feel as though there is a terrific staff currently and there has been some amazing improvements over the past few months. I went from a not so satisfied parent ( considering other options) to a very satisfied parent."

"We have had a wonderful experience with Kera and we our most comfortable when she is in the class. Again, I feel the school needs a major overhaul in staff and trainings. Expectations of staff members should be improved upon and having enough staff to cover all classrooms is expected so children don't have to rotate classes all the time. I don't feel its appropriate for parents to have to wonder who is with their child daily and who is changing their diapers etc. I also don't feel its fair to toddlers to be shuffled around and be with people they don't know. The classrooms need to be scrubbed and cleaned and bathrooms should be cleaned daily. I have used the main bathroom 4x and each time it is the same, absolutely disgusting. The walls, baseboards, toilet and sink needs a good scrubbing. I understand they had a director that needed to be termed and was end of October, but someone from corporate should be there to hire and implement changes. There is zero reason why this child time should not look and be like the one on route 146 in Clifton Park, NY."

"I really liked this school up until the last month. My 1st child graduated from here and things were great. The school has not been able to resolve our issue between my child and the teacher. The director doesn't seem to care to find a solution for the issue which is causing a ton of concern for me. If this can't be resolved, then I will leave as I can't tolerate this type of environment for my child. I also don't think this school sets up the children for Kindergarten. They only take 16 kids into the Pre-K program even though over 30 kids will graduate this summer. That means that 14 kids are not getting a proper education to get them ready for the next year."
