"We have had a great experience with this school. They were very open in the beginning to me coming to nurse my daughter on my lunch breaks when she was refusing bottles. She had a hard time adjusting to anyone other than her dad bottle feeding her. They gave me a private space to allow her to eat. The photos they send are amazing to receive and help me feel connected to her during the day. I love being able to check on her through the cameras. It gives me reassurance throughout the day and especially gave comfort when she first started at the daycare. She has developed a lot socially and has become more even tempered since starting. She always has a big gummy smile for her teachers in the morning at drop off."

"It has been a struggle to get teacher support keeping my preemie infant son safe from other mobile children in their care. There’s no reason mobile children; crawlers and walkers should have physical access to my less than 9lb 4 month old. And by physical access, I mean putting both hands and body weight on his head/neck/face area multiple times in 3 days."

"Overall, I’m happy with the care that my child has received at this school. I have two suggestions for the program: one is that I would really like the drop-off cut off time to be removed or be flexible as there ate days that working parents need to run errands or go to doctor’s appointments with them. The other is that I would like my child’s nap time to be capped at 2hrs for better night’s sleep and more activities/playtime in the afternoon rather than just naps."

Frequency of illness has been significantly reduced with all the additional health and safety measures she has put in place. "Overall we've had a good experience, and like most families we are having the hardest time with the covid quarantines and tuition increases in 2021. I appreciate all the efforts the school and staff have taken to keep themselves and other kids/families, but it's definitely taking a toll. I can only speak on my experience with tuition and our family's journey, but my 3 year old will have a tuition increase in February 2022 that nearly matches the rate she had as an 18 month old. It's hard to always understand that rationale, but I do see how the company has taken tuition hits when children are home due to COVID exposure."

"Excellent! Toured a few daycares and couldn't tour childtime due to covid restrictions. Was a bit nervous, but overall feel our child is very well taken care of and loved when we cannot be there. Had considered a backup daycare, but have since retracted that decision. Decent pricing, but still on the higher end."

"I've been amazed by how much my daughter has learned just in the 7 months that she's been going there. When she first started there, she was not talking. By the end of the second week, she was naming off the kids in her class. The teachers and director are all very friendly and I couldn't be happier with choosing them!
