I like the app because at any moment I can interact with the teachers and ask direct questions and can see what my child is up to during the day. I like pictures particularly."

"Overall a positive experience. I sometimes struggle with the cost, but ultimately, I feel that our kids are in good hands and our preschooler is learning a lot during her day. They have ample time/equipment for physical play at all age levels. Most of the teachers we’ve encountered have been friendly and responsive."
"I have been extremely disappointed with this center for the price that is being paid. I have had several issues and problems with the center and care of my child that were not handled well and feel as though they do not care. My child is a $ and they don't care if I find care elsewhere. The Director is horrible and extremely difficult and defensive to talk with. The Assistant Director agrees with everything we say, but then takes no action when discussing our issues. The only solace I have with my child being there is the love and affection that they show my child."
"Price isn’t competitive comparative to other higher end daycares in the area. Child Time is priced as a high end daycare, but doesn’t compete against a truly high end daycare in the area. Price went up over $40/week in the last couple years."

"need more teachers with degrees and early childhood development. more background checks. better teachers. take more time to know families and teach children. to much teacher turn over. I hear teachers yelling at the kids every day rather than re-directing them in a better way. I don't feel as though my child is learning anything being here. if anything she is picking up awful behavior from poor teachers and the kids have a free for all in the rooms. this daycare needs a better system all around in every corner. also very filthy. toys and rugs seem as if they are never cleaned!"
"The director and assistant director are wonderful people. There are a few other teachers here who seem to care. As for the rest of the staff I’m really not sure, as it appears to be just a job to them, that’s the attitude I receive."

"They were at on Onondaga Hill before. The education wasn't there as much but they also had an indoor gym for them to play in on days it rained or winter season. The teachers, not just in their room, are well experienced and know my kids by name and what they like. I love the staff, the curriculum, and the food choices. Just the facilities that keep me down about it."
