"Teachers and staff and families were great at Childtime long beach. Corporate management that decided to shut it down needs to go through the same experience us families have to really get an idea of how screwed up they handled this. We already had to deal with staying home with kids during Covid and now we barely get a month to find somewhere else to go. Some kids are transitioning to kindergarten in the fall and they couldn't even wait until then. Now they have to start a new school twice within a span of a few months. The developmental issues that these kids will experience by constantly being introduced into a new setting will have lasting effects."

"We are really comfortable sending our baby to this school and have been happy with our experience so far. We have felt welcome since our very first visit. The teachers are always warm and welcoming when we come into the classroom and it’s so nice to be able to check in on our baby through the livestream cameras and communication app. We don’t want to go anywhere else!"

"Overall, experience has been positive given the transitional change in leadership and my daughter moving from Toddler 1 to Toddler 2. Overall communication from Director level is consistent and appreciated. The teachers are loving and provide a safe environment to the children. Would love more relationship building with the teachers to discuss curriculum and my child's progression. I do think there would be a benefit to creating more community with the teachers and parents in the classrooms. We (the parents) have had to do that on our own faciliating with birthday parties and meet ups."

"Up until recently we’ve been exceptionally pleased with the entirety of our experience at this school. We have had two children attend over the past 6 years and have been huge advocates of Childtime. However that advocacy has ended as a direct result of poor operational execution on the part of the corporate office. We’ve been very disappointed by recent staffing decisions and the nature in which they were announced and implemented, and it’s clearly impacting morale, the children and the parents. The leadership and staff are absolutely wonderful, but clearly extended. Whatever the reasons behind the change decision are none of our concern, however the haphazard way in which those decisions were implemented, communicated and carried out and the clear lack of planning to ensure a smooth transition reflective of what was a top notch center is indefensible. We hope you take this feedback and do better in the future, but the way this was handled has completely undermined 6 years of confidence, advocacy and care."

"Fantastic teachers, clean, well appointed facility, engaging curriculum! When our son first began attending, he was reluctant to go in and see us leave, Ms. Freida would always be a smiling face, hugging and distracting him. He was running into her arms, happy to be in his home away from home, within a week. All of the activities and lessons the teachers come up with are fun, educational, and memorable for the children. Every day we realize that the kids know a word or a concept that they learned in school and we hadn't taught them yet. Amazing experience!"
