"Overall our experience has been great and generally any issues we have had have been resolved however we have a 4 month old who is in the infant 2 room due to staffing and I personally don’t feel he is getting the same care and or attention he wound get if he were in a more age appropriate room. This however is hopefully going to be solved this month with the hiring of a new teacher and the ability to open the infant 1 room."

"We think that child time macomb has been a great experience for us and more importantly our child. We have been so impressed with Miss Elaine and how involved she has been. We attribute a lot of his development to attending daycare. Despite some of the small issues we have had they have always been more than willing to talk about them and address them. The staff is phenomenal. Everyone asks how you are and talks to us about our child. It is a wonderful environment. However for us it is still too expensive. The care is wonderful but for us it is becoming unaffordable. We have only attended 3.5 months and already had 2 tuition increases and that is extremely upsetting and makes us want to leave. When you sign up at a specific rate and it changes twice right after you start seems EXTREMELY unethical. It makes it feel as if child time only worries about money like a big corporation. The care provided is great but too expensive. At the same time we love the environment and the staff and thats why we will continue."
