"Overall, we have had a good experience. It took my child many months to acclimate to school life but he's now adjusted. The student / teacher ratio is still higher than I would like to see - seems like the teachers are doing damage control at parts of the day vs. leaning into the child's development and education. Teachers are good about updating the app; however, there are days where meals/sleep updates are not accurately logged - more consistency there would be greatly appreciated. The school also lost some coveted, quality teachers due to conflict w/ leadership. The leadership team should consider the children's attachment to these teachers and how disruptive turnover and staffing shortages can be to the children."

"We chose childtime b/c of location/safety/price. Overall its a good value. But the experience is little more than care-taking. Not robust educationally or engaging with students or parents. Care-taking is ok at this age. But eventually we will find another school for development.We have visited and worked with several child centers. We have never encountered a more condescending and rude director as at this location. Its ok b/c we don't have to deal with her daily but we are shocked by her attitude and lack of people skills."

"Generally we are quite happy, the school director has done a great job staying staffed amidst a decline in teachers/care givers in our market, but the tuition increase this year was far too large, even in our area other schools have raised their tuition by a considerable amount but your increase was double or triple the amount of increase at other programs. Additionally, other programs in our area offer upwards of 20% discount for a sibling and your 5% does not compare. When we need to send a second child we may be priced out."

"We really love our teachers. We just wish that our daughter could receive more specific care. She’s been in the same class for far too long, likely because the class that she is supposed to go into is too large. She is unable to work on her personal growth areas because the teachers are so busy managing the crowd of kids in the class."

"The mix of tenured and new staff provides a good balance of experience for the development of the children. My child thrives in an environment that is nurturing, educational, and compassionate. She is reading fluently in the K program making us excited for first grade next year."

"We have really enjoyed the care and interest the classroom staff. Our child respects them all and they support him well. But the front staff are never the warmest or very helpful to new families and are cold and short on answering questions from parents. Not critical, but there poor customer service that is modeled from high and leaves a disappointing impression."
