The attitude, resistance, defensiveness and frank disregard for local guidelines re COVID-19 and mask wearing. The snarky retaliation and rude responses I received after I was forced to report to licensing... It was and continues to be shocking. I am a healthcare provider. I did not feel it was too much to ask that my son and his classmates wear masks in their kindergarten class of 18... this exceeded local guidelines for capacity as it was. Covid-19 safety plan was handled inappropriately. This school have the recurrent outbreaks to prove it. Public health is my field. This was unsafe. Please do a better Job. Your staff was at risk. I would have no complaint if not for covid-19 protocol and approach. Thank you for understanding how difficult it is to provide this feedback"

"They have been very responsive to concerns and willingness to sit down and discuss/come up with action plans. Both children has had issues. Youngest was getting injured a lot, school added safety protocols to infants room. Oldest, has struggled with emotions. They have been willing to listen and work with us on helping coach him."

"The general experience has been good with both children. The front office staff is always welcoming and know my children. I don't have any in person interaction with the teachers because of Covid-19 regulations. My school ager seems to be having a good experience in his class, has regular positive interactions with his teachers. My TK child looks to be having an good social/educational experience in her class, but is not comfortable with her teacher."

"Childtime is to be avoided at all costs. How this facility is even open is beyond me. If you research their evaluations by the state dept. of licensing you will see a clear pattern that almost every year a pre-school teacher is cited for violating the children's personal rights. If you ask the management about this they say it's a helicopter mom who made a big deal out of nothing but that doesn't explain why the state cited them for the same offense several years in a row. Interestingly enough, the positive review on other platforms are also made by staff. There's too much corruption for a facility that is simply supposed to teach elementary things and keep your child safe. "

"Overall, I am very happy with Childtime. My daughter still cries at drop off, but it’s definitely getting better. There are some teachers that are more welcoming than others and that’s my only complaint. I would prefer them to greet her by name and help the drop off go smoother. The teachers in her classroom are very kind and she talks about them lovingly. The front staff is very friendly and helpful."
