"Childtime has been a great school. There will always be issues with large group settings of kids but I feel like my child is cared for and he enjoys going there."
"The school is great outside of the teacher retention rate. It’s as though parents will always have to expect their child’s behavioral development change when the staff changes. With some teachers the children’s’ behavior improve, but with others their behavior digress. One thing I’d like to mention is that I do not approve of the children drinking water out of the bathroom sink. This should be monitored and corrected. Please provide clean water to our children. Also, in addition, please limit the amount of outdoor mulch exposure. For example, put rules in place not to have children freely play in mulch and throw mulch at one another.Thank you"
"The teachers that have cycled through have been insane. There’s constantly new people. You can tell there’s teachers there for a paycheck and teachers that care. It’s gotten better the past year."
"Staff was dismissive and treated me like trash when I had visitation with my child. Now that mom and I resolved our issues, staff is still short with me."
"We love this school. The teachers are amazing and my child has learned so much in such a short time."
"It was a very good experience at first until we started noticing the shift in faculty. As of now we have wavering emotions about this program. Promises have been made for improvement but only time will tell."
"Loving teachers, safe and clean environment, transparency"
"Staff are always welcoming and efficient. Teachers are compassionate, empathetic, and in tune with my child's needs and development."
"Experience has been great but over the course of the year, the school has lost passionate teachers due to internal conflicts. Personally, I haven’t seen the same drive and excitement with the new teachers and that is why we’re considering leaving. There’s been multiple times we’re I’ve seen Ms Taylor (I believe that’s her name) in the preschool room visibly aggravated or aggressive with the kids. I think she should work on being a bit more positive as I know she does care about the kids and her job."
"This school has been challenging and disappointing overall. The staff turnover is atrocious and my son is always asking where his teachers went. The curriculum is inconsistent and not up to par. The staff claims to be there to support you as a parent and then does not follow through. Very frustrating."
"The staff are amazing!! They are kind, caring and know each student personally. Love all of them"
"We love the director and she has been incredibly accommodating. However, we just haven't felt very welcome from the two main teachers in the room. We feel that they are so over-worked and stressed out that they have been unable to provide high quality care for our kid."
"This has been our son's first experience in a childcare center. He has several food allergies, so finding a center that would work with us and accommodate his needs was difficult. Ms. Tami and Ms. Monica very kindly assured me from the beginning that they would be able to provide safe foods. Ms. Keisha and our son's teachers have all been amazing (knowledgeable, attentive, loving). Our son has been enrolled for about 6 months and I drop him off every morning with a light heart and peace of mind. Thank you to the admin staff and toddler teachers, especially Ms. Hannah, for all your hard work in fostering your students' social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development--and overall love of learning!"
"We have had a great experience so far and love our infant room teachers as well as the admin staff!"
"Very solid communication. Appreciate the willingness to work through different developmental obstacles"
