"I can’t say enough about how much I love our daycare center. I call it my son’s home away from home. He has been there since he was 7weeks old til 2, then we let one of his grandmas watch him until June when we re enrolled and it was the best coming home experience ever. The growth I have seen in this center over our 5 years of going here is incredible and all goes to the management and the teachers. It is 100% a family and I have never felt safer with a group of humans whom some I don’t even know their names but everytime they see me they smile and say hi they speak to my son and speak so highly of him. Blessed is a powerful enough word for how I grateful I feel for never having to worry about my son when he is at daycare because I know he is in the best hands possible."

"My child loves his school and his friends. So far, our experience has been good. I do think the teachers could be better at communicating about my child's day. Yes, pictures are nice, but I want to know what my child did great with, what he struggled with, if he had to go to time out, etc. None of that is ever communicated with us. We just get a hi & bye."

"When we first signed up for this school we were able to pay for the weeks my son was attending and pay a partial for the week he did not attend due to being at his mother's house. Childtime changed that policy and it felt very greedy for a company. Our time with child time is coming to an end and I probably will not attend again next year due to the company's decisions"

"The school has been a great school for my son so far! We just wish that the tuition late fee would be end of day Thursdays or Fridays. It’s currently end of day Wednesday and that is rough for us because every other week our work paycheck doesn’t deposit until Thursday morning. So every other week we end up getting charged a late fee. Which is unfortunate because sometimes we work hard to pay for 2 weeks in advanced if we can but then get a late fee when he can’t get our payment in by a certain weekday. Just would be more fair if we had more time to get it paid Thursday morning since we are always committed to making our payments. Daycare is already a lot for us to pay so late fees don’t help at all."

"I can't say enough about the staff at this school. They've become an extension to our family. My only experience prior to childtime was with a small home daycare and the provider was like a grandmother to my children so I was very apprehensive of putting my children in the commercial daycare setting especially in a different state after relocating. Ms.Stacey, Mr.Alex, Ms.Abbi, Mr.Chauncey and Ms.Taylor are amazing, nurturing and boy are they patient. My children can be a bit much but the teachers genuinely still love interacting with them. And Ms.V is an absolute Godsend. The center has had multiple people leave the director role and Ms.V has held everything together with grace and with no change in quality or service. She is the heart of the school and is the reason I was comfortable enough to enroll my children at Childtime."
