"Very positive experience with the loving ladies in the infant room. Director is nice, but once we informed her we would not be returning she very rarely strikes up conversation. Director and two assistants have been present while one teacher for after school program has been verbally abusive to multiple students. The woman that teachers the kids who arrive by bus is toxic. She belongs in a correctional position not working with young children. She seems to have little to no training to do the job. I have witnessed many developmentally inappropriate commands, activities, expectations, etc. With such a high tuition the quality of care for each child should be far better. It’s apparent this is a corporate facility and no real care is put into quality of any facet of the center. Perhaps someone with better qualifications could lead this center towards improvement, not sure what the real issue stems from. We will never be back or recommend to anyone. "The baby room was amazing we felt the teachers truly loved and cared for our child. When we moved to the toddler room that changed. We are concerned with the safety of the room and the attention the teacher are giving not only to our child but the other children. They are often sitting around with children on top of furniture when we arrive at pick up. Our child comes home hurt at least once a week.same with diaper rash. Tuition has increased twice in the last year even though their enrollment has increased. We feel it's a bit much for what We're getting out of it. We are considering changing schools."
