"I feel like it has gone down in the last year considerably. Feels way more chaotic and uncomfortable than it used to be. My child complains about how she gets frustrated with other kids (especially boys) who are too rough or spend too much time yelling and not listening. Summers are extremely rough for her because she spends 8 hours a day there"

"My primary and really only issue with our school has been the random non holiday closures. We have several half days around holidays, and most recently the center closed on July 5th (I personally had to take a PTO day for the closure). We're always being asked so that teachers can have more time to spend with their families. I was told by one of the teachers that they DO NOT appreciate these random days off either because they are unpaid or forced to use their PTO. We are still charged full tuition for weeks with 3 days and I could swallow that thinking at least the poor teachers were getting paid still, but I'm more irritated knowing that they are not. Day are is our backup plan so if even one family needs the center open on these days I think it's insane that a classroom couldn't be opened for them."

"North Olmsted is a loving caring friendly environment. North Ridgeville kids get lost, items get lost, no one cleans, always smells bad. Everything is mixed together. 5 kids in a single bathroom. Teachers overwhelmed and short staffed. Never a director there. Very sad"

I still get oodles of pictures and detailed updates throughout the week and can't thank the staff enough for these extra little perks during the day!"
