"My experience has been wonderful. I feel that every staff member truly cares about my daughter and takes excellent care of her. She is happy to go to school and always in good spirits when I pick her up. I love to see her engaging with different activities every day, from art to playing outdoors to reading and tracing letters. I see a tremendous positive difference in her development compared to children who don't attend daycare. She is so talkative and smart and interactive. When I had concerns about my sons behavior that he’s never conducted at his previous school she told me to hold on because she was filling out a report. She’s very impersonal. Also, there was an issue with pick up and when I asked where my son was she replied “I don’t know I’ll have to see if he was picked up or not.” When I expressed my concern on her lack of diligence to where my child was she replied “I don’t know where every kid is there’s too many.”"
