She gives me a report every pick up, and is very involved in their education and well being. Her morning teacher is not up to par for this kind of work."

Very unsupportive staff, too many kids per classroom/teacher, untrained staff, unable to deal and respond to typical toddler behavior in a professional manner and in a way that would teach the child. Every day when I pick my child up there are always kids crying without any attention from the staff whatsoever. They are ignored and literally stepped over. This daycare is not what makes you feel good about leaving your child. My child starts crying as soon as we pull in the parking lot and never wants to stay."
