"The staff at this location are wonderful. They are nurturing and really do care about the children . Teachers are great with their lesson plans and the director and Asst director always greet you with a smile. Feels like a big family when we bring our kids here"
"We value the relationships we've made with staff and friends. We never had concerns until our children made the transition to the current classroom. Very little responsibility was taken by the staff/school about how my 2 year olds (at that time) were behaving badly despite the fact they have been at the school without previous problems since they were 3 months old."
"I think Childtime Orange is a great place for my kids. The staff has been wonderful to my family and they truly care about my children. I appreciate all they do. My only complaint is occasionally there is high teacher turn over. I do understand there is only so much that can be done about that issue. I feel reassured that the Director and Assistant Director have remained for the past several years. They provide consistency in these situations. Jaimie and Loren have been great and are the main reason I feel comfortable with my children at Childtime Orange. If I ever raised a concern, they immediately addressed it to my satisfaction. Thank you."
"Generally good, they were able to stop the biting & scratching after our serious talk which is good... But makes me wonder why they waited before taking action and they are obviously capable of handling it but why they didn't do it before it became an issue? after first or 2nd bite?Lastly, please PLEASe help this school to come up with alternative method to keeping their gate locked beside annoying siren they now have installed that rings everytime you open the door.... I agree with safety reason but there are other, better, less annoying ways to accomplish same issue."
"Our experience with the school has largely been connected to the quality of teachers. For years it's been positive. School has seen concerning amount of turnover of teachers- we've seen their best teachers leave over the years.Biggest concern now is we feel our child's current teacher Nicole is uncaring towards children. She doesn't appear engaging in a caring way to children and doesn't appear interested in teaching and working on their cognitive development. She appears upset and unhappy most of the time. She makes no attempt to engage w parents. We haven't brought this up to director Jaime. But we feel a good director should be able to assess when teachers are uncaring and not engaging with their students. We've had good teachers complain about morale and quality of care other teachers provide.Thank you for sending out this survey. It helps to be heard."
"The tour lacked the emotional connection a parent needs to feel comfortable enrolling a child. I wanted to visit the interior of the infant cl***room but was told that was not allowed and was offered the option to look into the cl***room through a reflective gl*** window. We were also not offered to meet any teachers or staff which to us was a red flag."
"Generally good... as long as this issue gets resolved."

"When our daughter first started going to school we felt like the staff and teachers were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Over the past few months there has been a lot of turnover and changes in the teachers in her classroom. The new teachers don't communicate as well and aren't as warm and nurturing to our daughter. When we pick her up at the end of the day the new teachers weren't able to answer my basic questions about how her day was or how well she did eating her food that day. The lack of communication by the teachers is our biggest issue with the school."

"Generally Childtime in Orange is quite good, although our tour of the one in Anaheim when our baby was 10 months old revealed a bleak hellscape, so this is not a general review of all Childtime franchises. The problem is that the company mercilessly leverages the fact that you want your child to be safe and happy by constantly raising the already sky-high fees, frequently throwing in 'processing fees' (e.g., for summer), and trying to get you to sign up for incredibly costly additional activities. It really is a punishing amount of money for those of us who are not investment bankers. Maybe the shareholders at Childtime should expand into overpriced epipens next?"

"Our experience at Childtime was wonderful. We sought the program out for an enrichment experience for our son diagnosed with ASD, to ensure he had daily interaction with typically developing children and in a typical preschool setting to better prepare him for mainstreaming in elementary. The staff there is friendly and really aided in fostering a since of belonging and independence for our son in a nurturing environment. Our son is now entering into elementary school and better prepared for the road ahead thanks in part to his experiences at Childtime."
