"We have loved childtime for the most part. Although there have been several instances where our son has been hit, and there was no incident report or conversation about this. When we bring it up, we get some head nods but not an action plan to prevent this from happening again. The app they use, which was one deciding factor for us with this daycare, hardly ever gets updated. No pictures, nothing about his day. This was one major like for us when choosing a daydeee and they do not utilize it. When asked about it, we get a general response, “not all the teachers know how to use it” We don’t feel like we are informed well about our sons day or what goes on with him. The daycare itself is clean and we love the large classrooms. The price for our 3 year old is $166.50 a week, which is lower for the area. Some of the teachers are nice, but others seem indifferent. We are actively searching for a new daycare. Which is sad because our son has attended childtime for quite some time now"

"There has been a few staff changes over the last year. We loved Missy and sad she is gone but we know she is doing great things. Andrea is doing a great job and love that she is carrying on all the good things from Missy. Alicia was a little too loud for my liking but now Erin is the new director. My child is in good hands with Andrea and Erin."
