"The teachers are generally great. Specifically Jess, Lilly, Deb, and Maddie. However, there are staffing issues where I’m not able to talk to the person that’s actually taking care of my daughter. It’s currently better, but previously the main caregiver worked after I dropped my child off and left before we picked her up. So we’d rarely get any face to face time. I had to ask the director and assistant who was actually caring for my child around Christmas so that I could buy them presents, because I literally had no clue who was responsible at the time! It seemed that the director and assistant couldn’t give the most straight answer either. Mostly due to being understaffed. I would feel much more confident if the teacher were paid a living wage with benefits and time off. I’d feel they enjoy their jobs then and turnover would be less. It’s insane that these teachers are not receiving benefits!!!"
"We feel the current director, Ashley, is not as professional as the previous director. She doesn't seen to get along with the teachers and staff. We really liked our son's teachers, but they don't seem happy."
"I love how the teachers take the time to talk to you about anything that's going on with your child. Quite often they will share a story about my little one and something entertaining he said or did that day! The best is seeing my son with a smile on his face giving the teachers hugs when he leaves school. I feel confident when I leave this place knowing that my son is in good hands and being well cared for."
"Everyone knows our sons name which makes it really special when he’s leaving and everyone says goodbye to him his smile is priceless"
"I am very pleased with the school"
"Great! Would love daily pictures."
"The teachers are fantastic. The curriculum is excellent; my daughter has learned so much. The food is ok and the tuition is over priced."
"My main concerns are regarding price changes that the director apparently has no control over - tuition increases, no communication before enrolling about the annual fees, no communication before enrolling about extra costs for summer programs, not honoring the removing $10/week when your child no longer needs diapers. We are very happy with our child's teachers but feel like there have been several hidden costs that no one was up-front about, which leaves me less likely to recommend others to Childtime."
"we have been pleased and look forward to continuing here"
"Generally, our children have been quite happy to attend and enjoy their time. The more seasoned staff has been helpful and instrumental for our family's use of this center as well because they've consistently demonstrated caring and involvement with our children."
"Everyone on staff is very professional, friendly and caring. Great communication and updates throughout the day. My daughter loves it here. Great staff!"

"We love how you can feel that the teachers are really vested in their role in our children's lives."

"We originally chose this school due to location and got a good feeling from the staff upon visiting. I liked it because the teachers and director were all approachable and it didn't seem sterile or one-size-fits-all, if that makes sense. Each teacher has been incredible in their own way with my daughter. One thing I really love is that they aren't plopping kids down in front of a tv, they play music, they engage with each child, they play, and they do crafts. Being a working mom, I was worried about feeling guilty about sending my daughter to daycare, but I love the relationships she is able to build with other kids, and the staff. It also gives her something to look forward to during the week, going to school, and I treat my remaining time with her in the mornings, nights, and weekends as extra special. I feel that my daughter will be much better adjusted when she is school-aged due to her daily interactions at this daycare."
