"In the beginning, we selected Childtime primarily because of the daycare's location. It seems that the staff as a whole should attend an emotional wellness training to learn how to deal with their own problems instead of taking them out on others. I have heard staff members make inappropriate comments about other parents which made me uncomfortable. Those comments were made right in front of me as if I was not standing in plain sight. Second, I believe the staff as a whole should also take customer service courses to help improve soft skills with parents. Continuing and regular education is the key here. Lastly, maybe try including more healthy foods in the dietary plan. Foods such as vegetables, whole grains, and fruits would be nice. Not to say those things aren't on the menu, I am talking on a more consistent basis."

"My experience with this school has always been amazing. The staff is wonderful and my daughter loves attending Childtime. She learns so much at school and I love that I am kept in loop with the APP. My daughter comes home and shares the things she learns with me. She points out her shapes as we are driving just like in her lessons at school. She talks about the friends she is making and all the fun things they do. The Director is fantastic. You can just tell how much she does to make the center a wonderful place for people to send thier kids. She even takes the time to make sure on picture day that the kids have a good picture because she knows how much it means to the families. I can't say enough wonderful things about Childtime. Anytime I ever have questions I am assisted immediatley. It helps so much as a parent to know my child is in such a great place while I can't be with her. She is making wonderful memories there."
