"Very happy with the teachers and school overall"
"Friendly staff that care about the children."
"Good! I wish we were provided more pictures/videos and more accurate updates on Brightwheel, but the teachers are loving and caring and know my child very well."
"We were very happy for about 2 years and have been unhappy the last year. The atmosphere has changed dramatically and it doesn't seem like the teachers are getting the support they need either."
"It was a great daycare up until the previous director, Sandy, left. That was approximately 6 months ago and it has been understaffed since. We still haven’t met or know who the new director is. We haven’t had a parent/teacher conference in almost a year. I’ve had to file a licensing report because of the ratios and concerns for our child’s safety. We don’t get updates throughout the day about our child. We have had 3 teachers in 6 months. When I complained to corporate they said they would follow up with me but never did. Our child is no longer getting the care that we were promised or have been paying for."
"The lead teachers have been instrumental in my child's development. She talks about them by name at home and her interest in them shows how much they care."
"Lots of turnover for teachers, lack of consistency, poor or late communication."
"The teachers are caring and engaging during the day. My only concern is one class near the building entrance, which seemed not very safe and too much foot traffic in the area."
"I had my older child in another daycare that is not in the area. When we moved to this area we looked at many daycares in the area b/c we had such a great one for our oldest. This was one of the best in the area, but the curriculum, I feel, is subpar to others. I felt like my older child knew more at the current age of my child who attends this Childtime (colors, numbers). I also have no idea what they do during the day. I wish the teachers could post a general note to the class about what they did or what they’re working on (a specific color or letter for example). Then we counld talk about it at home! But overall, I do feel comfortable when I leave my child/children there for the day. Thanks!"
"It was great when we first started over a year ago. It seems in the past couple of months there has been a complete lack of communication and a very high turnover. Now that the director is gone I have no idea who I’m supposed to communicate with, etc.. The reason we liked this location so much was due to having consistent teachers who knew our child."
"We are thrilled every day with our daughter’s progress. It feels like she learns new skills daily and the team of teachers that works with her are incredible. They not only nurture her emotionally and give her a loving environment, but have challenged her to grow and develop. She is only 5 months old and able to do things we could only hope for! The icing on the cake is that we bring home a smiling, happy baby every day."
"We have really enjoyed sending our son to this school. He is making so many friends and really loves it when we drop him off in the morning."
"Overall everything has been fine"
"Very wonderful! The school is open to communication and there is always a friendly welcome when picking up and dropping off. Very well run childcare center."
"Our childtime experience has been great. Both of my children have excellent teachers. The lines of communication are open and I feel comfortable and confident leaving my children in their hands. My only complaint is that I was mislead in how billing works. I was told before I enrolled my children that I would be able to pay biweekly with no problems. I have been charged a $60 late fee every two weeks. When I talked to the director she said the only way to resolve it is to pay two weeks ahead of time. We pay $700+ biweekly, have never missed a payment but there has been no flexibility or resolve to this issue. $60 every two weeks adds up and is completely unnecessary."
"The center area is a huge concern. A readjustment of the number of students at the center would leave more room for the children to be in actual classrooms."
