"We absolutely love the teachers. They love our daughter like she was one of their own. The staff in the front could be a little nicer when you ask a question. More often then not it seems like you are bothering them and they don’t have time for you. It would be nice to know when an illness is going around the classroom to be prepared to look for it in your own child. Lastly, costs have gone up $40 a week since we enrolled. We stay because of the teachers. But if they leave then we will probably have to leave as well."

"We love Miss Bianca and Miss Lauren. They are the reason we are here. We started and was never told the price went up until I made my first payment. Then it went up again totaling ~$40 in the 4 month of us being there. The lady at the front is not always the nicest. When you ask a question it is like you are bothering her. Miss Jess is always willing to help. It would have been nice to receive information on pricing going up sooner than 2 weeks. Also a break down of why it is going up. To say diapers at going to $13 a week is crazy because I can buy the same diapers for $33 for 180 diapers. Also food went up but my daughter doesn’t really eat much as she is only 9 months. I am very disappointed with how that was handled and how it has gone up so much. If it wasn’t for the teachers, the maintenance guy and lice stream we would have unenrolled her."

"It's hard to rate, evaluate and have a full understanding what is going on in the building and classrooms to rate something. It's a strange feeling leaving your child at the door everyday due to recent mandates. Staff seems very nice and are extremely caring to my child which make drop off leaving easier. I wish due to the fact of not really knowing what goes on ever it would be nice to have in the app more than bathroom, food, naps maybe something like a daily picture or something that resignated with the teacher about how their day was or something that was accomplished or fun things in the room that we're done, or how the child seems to do , socialize, or enjoy class."
