"The teachers and director at ChildTime are all very invested in my child's safety and well-being. They are very nurturing and provide safe and educational learning activities for my child. I'm happy that we child is at ChildTime."
"I think the teachers are overall attentive to the students and seem enthusiastic to engage with children but I do think that recently there has been a decline in class organization (child's belongings in different classrooms), there isn't consistent communication about educational activities, updates on brightwheel app(activities, photos/videos) and the food variety/quality seems to have declined. Kids used to be offered a variety of wholesome/fresh food. Now I constantly see canned cranberry sauce being offered instead of fresh fruit and kids used to get more variety in breakfast like oatmeal and eggs but now kids are offered cereal most often. Parents were surveyed several months ago about supplemental education programs (spanish, yoga, music class, etc.) and there has been no communication about the status of these programs."
"The teachers are caring but doesn’t appear there are enough teachers"
"The school atmosphere is very negative. Turn over is high. Teachers seem very unhappy."

"School is not bad, but it isnt great either. I hoped it would be more than it is. The small size should lead to a feeling of more individual care, but it feels like the classrooms could all use at least one more teacher in them to make it feel less chaotic. Communication with parents on how the day went varies and depends on whether you can pick up before the main teacher leaves for the day. This would also improve with better teacher-to-student ratio."
“We would like to apologize for your recent experience. We pride ourselves on the high quality standards we maintain, and would like to make things right. Please call us at 866-244-5384.”
"Generally my child likes the school and has liked all of his teachers. I wish the director was more attentive to parents."
"I wish it was better. I try to be a partner but I do not feel the same. My child’s teacher is great and is a partner, it’s outside of her classroom."
"We absolutely love the staff at Childtime in Renton! We feel 100% comfortable leaving our son in their care."
"Great prior to new director taking over, now I just can’t wait until Fall 2019"
"Overall, we have been very pleased with our experience at ChildTime. The recent concerns, we are hoping, are just a temporary turbulence the school is experiencing under a leadership change. Hopefully this subsides and things stabilize a bit."
"I love the teachers in the infant room! I have felt 100% confident in their ability to care for my baby from the first day he started daycare."
"My son seems happy to see the teachers every morning (except for the weeks following his transition). If my son is happy, I'm happy."
"Overall, this school has been a great experience so far. I'm a first time mom with a lot of anxiety and the Precious Status app is a necessity for me at this point. I appreciate the staff working with me when my little one is sick or going through a needy phase and my constant need for updates! My little one LOVES coming even though he's still a baby. He lights up and smiles when he sees his teachers and that makes it all worth it!"
"Many of my lack of responses is becuase our son is less than 1 years old so many responses aren't provided due to age"
"I love them and the teachers!"
