"Well, the tour was very informative and got our interest in the brand and especially in the curriculum. However, having relatives with early childhood education experience, it is a concern for us when our children get moved from classroom to classroom. It happens because there are not enough teachers, of course. Also, I hope my children will have the same caregiver for a long time, otherwise, it is an indication of high turnovers, resulting in inconsistent quality care."

"I've really enjoyed our experience at Childtime...everything is organized and structured which I like. The teachers are great. I will say that the recent and frequent changes in leadership at the school has been a concern of mine. I'm worried about the morale of the teachers and just the overall consistency of care provided. I do not want the great teachers to leave. I hope that this can be resolved but it would be something I pay close attention to if I were in charge of the center."
